    Nepal Life Credits 5% Bonus Shares to Eligible Shareholders

    Shareholders who held Nepal Life Insurance shares as of Poush 7, 2082 BS have now received their 5% bonus shares directly into their respective Demat (beneficiary) accounts.

    Nepal Life Credits 5% Bonus Shares to Eligible Shareholders

    Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited (NLICL) has credited 5% bonus shares to the beneficiary (Demat) accounts of its eligible shareholders. The bonus shares were approved during the company's Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Poush 19, 2082 BS. According to the company, the bonus shares have been deposited into the Demat accounts of shareholders who were registered as eligible after trading on NEPSE up to Poush 7, 2082 BS, the book closure date for the purpose of the dividend distribution. Shareholders are advised to check their respective beneficiary accounts to verify the credit of the bonus shares.
