    United Ajod Insurance Limited has invited bids from individual investors, companies, and institutions for 26,974 promoter shares through a 35-day public auction.

    United Ajod Insurance Limited (UAIL) has announced the auction of 26,974 promoter shares, opening the sale to the general public, companies, and institutional investors. The promoter shares are being sold by the company's existing promoters, with all eligible investors invited to participate in the bidding process. Interested bidders must submit their applications within 35 days from the publication of the notice, with the deadline set for Bhadra 7, 2083. Applications can be submitted at the company's central office located at CTC Mall, Sundhara, Kathmandu. The auction provides an opportunity for eligible investors to acquire promoter shares through a competitive bidding process.
