About IPO Issue
Shrijanshil Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SHLBSL) issued 3,93,750 unit shares worth Rs. 3.93 crores from Bhadra 15 – Bhadra 19.
This is 36% of the company’s issued capital. Out of the total issue; 0.5% (i.e 5,470 unit shares) was allocated to the employees of the company, whereas 5% (i.e 19,690 unit shares) was reserved for the different mutual funds. The remaining 3,68,590 unit shares were allocated to the general public. The company’s paid-up capital after the IPO issuance will reach Rs. 10.93 crores.
As per the CDSC, 1,304,205applicants have applied for a total of 14,480,370 units. The issue was oversubscribed by 39.28 times.

Nepal stock exchange (NEPSE) determines a new company’s opening price range based on the company’s book value (net worth per share). The net worth is taken from the company’s audited financial report issued during the IPO issuance. For example, if the book value of the company’s latest audited report is 100 then the opening price range will be 100 – 300. The minimum price should be the same as the book.
What is a special pre-open session?
A special pre-open session is a trading time for newly listed stock. When a new company gets listed in NEPSE for the first time, its share is traded in the special pre-open session for the first time. After trading in the pre-open session, its share starts to change in the continuous session which is 11 AM – 3 PM.
