Lower Erkhuwa Hydropower Set to Launch IPO; Crucial Share Issuance Decision Pending at Upcoming AGM

Lower Erkhuwa Hydropower Company Limited has officially announced its 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for Jestha 29, 2082. The meeting is set to take place at the Delish Opera Restro & Banquet in Baluwatar, Kathmandu, starting at 5:00 PM. A primary item on the agenda is the proposal to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO) to the general public. In addition to the share issuance, the board will present the annual report and financial statements for the fiscal year 2081/82, including the balance sheet and cash flow statements, for shareholder approval. The meeting will also involve the appointment of an auditor for the 2082/83 fiscal year and the determination of their compensation.
