NIC Asia Capital Proposes 50% Cash Dividend

NIC Asia Capital Limited has proposed distributing a 50% cash dividend, inclusive of tax, to its shareholders from the profits of FY 2082/83. The decision was made at a meeting of the company’s Board of Directors held on Tuesday. To seek final approval for the proposed dividend, the capital has called its 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Bhadra 26, 2083, at 9:00 AM at its registered office in Thapathali. The AGM will discuss and approve the Board of Directors’ annual report and consider the proposal to distribute the 50% cash dividend to shareholders. Meanwhile, NIC Asia Capital stated that it has been focusing on making its services more technology-friendly and accessible under the slogan “Not in Line, Services Online.” In line with this strategy, the company has made arrangements to provide most of its services through online platforms, aiming to make its services more convenient and accessible to customers.
