Ravi Lamichhane Urges Life-Saving Efforts as Rasuwa Flood Crisis Deepens

Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chair Ravi Lamichhane has called for immediate priority to be given to saving lives, rescue operations and humanitarian support following the flood disaster in Rasuwa. Through a Facebook appeal, he urged party leaders, members and supporters to remain calm, responsible and active while coordinating with local authorities and security agencies. Lamichhane also asked residents at risk to move to safer areas and follow official instructions, while warning against spreading unverified information, rumors or panic on social media. He directed RSP members from the local to central levels to support rescue, relief and volunteer efforts in coordination with authorities, stressing that humanitarian assistance and public safety should remain above political interests during the crisis.
