ICFC Finance Limited has appointed its Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Amit Shrestha, as the Acting Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The decision was made during the company’s 377th board of directors meeting held on Ashwin 23, 2083 BS. The appointment follows the conclusion of incumbent CEO Sunil Pant’s tenure on Ashwin 24, 2083 BS. Shrestha will officially assume the role of Acting CEO from Ashwin 25, 2083 BS, marking a leadership transition at the financial institution.
