Citizens Capital Concludes 20th AGM, Approves 13% Cash Dividend
Citizens Capital Limited has concluded its 20th Annual General Meeting, approving a 13% cash dividend for shareholders from the profit of fiscal year 2082/83.
Citizens Capital Limited has successfully concluded its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at its registered office in Batuleghar, Dillibazar, Kathmandu, on Ashoj 19. The AGM approved a proposal to distribute a 13% cash dividend to shareholders from the company’s profit for FY 2082/83. The meeting also endorsed the Board of Directors’ annual report, auditor’s report, balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow statement, and other financial statements for the fiscal year. In addition, the AGM approved the appointment and remuneration of the auditor for FY 2083/84. A subsidiary of Citizens Bank International Limited, Citizens Capital provides a range of capital market services with approval from the Securities Board of Nepal, including mutual fund management, issue and sales management, investment management, corporate advisory, securities underwriting, share registrar, and demat-related services. The company said it also provides its services through various branches of Citizens Bank International across the country to facilitate capital market participation for investors outside Kathmandu Valley.
