Nepal Seeks Donor Support for Post-Flood Recovery
Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle has begun discussions with major development partners on post-disaster recovery, damage assessment and financial support following the Rasuwa floods.
More than 20 representatives of major development partners joined a meeting at the Ministry of Finance to review the Rasuwa flood response, including rescue efforts, early recovery, Post-Disaster Needs Assessment (PDNA), and damage assessment. The meeting aims to coordinate financial and technical assistance for long-term reconstruction and recovery in the affected areas.
