No Payout: Vijaya Laghubitta (VLBS) Skips Dividend for FY 2081/82

Vijaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (VLBS) has officially announced that it will not be distributing any dividends to its shareholders for the Fiscal Year 2081/82. The decision was finalized during a meeting of the microfinance institution’s Board of Directors held on May 14 (Baisakh 31). In alignment with this decision, the board has also resolved to forward its financial statements for the last fiscal year to the central bank, Nepal Rastra Bank, for final regulatory approval. The non-distribution decision will be presented at the company's upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) following central bank clearance.
