Continuous Rain Disrupts Traffic Along Muglin–Narayangadh Highway

Continuous rainfall has affected traffic movement along the Muglin–Narayangadh Highway, with falling rocks and uprooted trees reported in areas including Tuin Khola, Simaltal and Fishling since Monday night. The incidents temporarily obstructed vehicular movement on one of Nepal's busiest highways. According to the Muglin Area Police Office, road-clearing machines have been deployed to remove debris, and traffic has resumed. Although the highway remains open, police have warned that persistent rainfall has increased the risk of landslides and falling rocks, urging drivers to travel with heightened caution as conditions may change at any time.
