UAIL Lists 9.90 Lakh Bonus Shares on NEPSE
United Ajod Insurance Limited (UAIL) has listed 9,90,000 bonus shares on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE).
A total of 9,90,000 bonus shares of United Ajod Insurance Limited (UAIL) have been listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). The company had endorsed a 4.5113% dividend for FY 2081/82 through its 32nd AGM held on 31st Ashadh, 2083. The approved dividend comprised 4.2857% bonus shares and 0.2256% cash dividend. The bonus shares issued under the dividend proposal have now been listed on NEPSE and will be added to eligible shareholders' holdings. UAIL closed at Rs. 368.00 in the latest trading session.
