Prime Bank Lists Rs. 3 Billion 6.25% Debenture 2093 on NEPSE
Prime Commercial Bank has listed 3 million units of its 10-year 6.25% Prime Bank Debenture 2093 on NEPSE at a face value of Rs. 1,000 per unit.
Prime Commercial Bank Limited has listed its “6.25% Prime Bank Debenture 2093 (PBD93)” on the Nepal Stock Exchange following an agreement between the bank and NEPSE. A total of 3 million debenture units, each carrying a face value of Rs. 1,000, have been listed, taking the total listed value to Rs. 3 billion. The debenture issue was open from Ashadh 16 to Ashadh 23, 2083, with Sanima Capital Limited acting as the issue manager. The debt instrument has a 10-year maturity period and provides investors with a 6.25% annual coupon rate.
