    Muktinath Bikas Bank Signs MoU with Karma Residencies for Home Loans

    Muktinath Bikas Bank and Karma Residencies have partnered to provide home loan facilities to customers purchasing residential and apartment units at Karma Residencies in Maharajgunj.

    Muktinath Bikas Bank Signs MoU with Karma Residencies for Home Loans

    Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited and Karma Residencies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to provide home loan facilities to customers purchasing residential and apartment units at Karma Residencies in Maharajgunj. The agreement was signed by Tara Manandhar, CEO of Muktinath Bikas Bank, and Karma Tenzing, Chairman of Karma Residencies. Under the agreement, eligible customers can obtain home loans at the bank’s prevailing base rate plus a 0.25% premium, subject to the bank’s lending criteria. The loan repayment period can extend up to 30 years. The facility will finance the purchase of both residential homes and apartments. Loan approval will be subject to credit assessment, property valuation, legal and technical due diligence, and the bank’s existing lending policies.
