Mandu Hydropower’s 13.63 Lakh Bonus Shares Listed on NEPSE

Mandu Hydropower Limited (MANDU) has listed 1,363,637 units of bonus shares on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), making the shares eligible for trading.

Mandu Hydropower’s 13.63 Lakh Bonus Shares Listed on NEPSE

The company had endorsed a total dividend of 10.5263% for the fiscal year 2082/83 through its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM), held on Ashwin 1, 2083. The approved dividend includes 10% bonus shares worth Rs. 13.63 crore and a 0.5263% cash dividend worth Rs. 71.77 lakh for tax purposes. Following the approval and distribution process, the bonus shares have now been officially listed on NEPSE. MANDU's share price closed at Rs. 501.00.
