Himalayan Reinsurance Limited has appointed Director Dipendra Kumar Mishra as the Chairman of its Board of Directors. The decision was taken at the company’s 91st Board of Directors meeting held on Thursday, Ashwin 15, 2083. Mishra has been appointed to fill the vacant chairman position and will continue to serve as chairman until the company’s next Annual General Meeting (AGM).
