SMHL Share Price Adjusted After 15% Bonus
Super Madi Hydropower’s share price has been adjusted to Rs. 458.26 following the book closure for its proposed 15% bonus shares.
The share price of Super Madi Hydropower Limited (SMHL) was adjusted by the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) on Tuesday, September 8 (Bhadra 23), following the company’s book closure for its AGM and dividend distribution. NEPSE adjusted the price for the proposed 15% bonus shares, setting the new adjusted price at Rs. 458.26 per share based on Monday’s closing price of Rs. 527. The company’s shares will resume trading on Wednesday, Bhadra 24, based on the adjusted price. SMHL has proposed a 15% bonus share and 0.78947% cash dividend for tax purposes, which will be presented for approval at its 17th Annual General Meeting scheduled for Ashoj 1 at Hotel Imperial.
