IPO results in Nepal are published by CDS and Clearing Limited (CDSC). Check yours with your BOID on the CDSC result site or in MeroShare, and use the table below to see which recent IPOs already have their result out.

How do I check my IPO result?
Open iporesult.cdsc.com.np, choose the company, enter your 16-digit BOID and the captcha, and view the result: it says whether you were allotted and how many units. In MeroShare, open My ASBA and then Application Report for the same status. Results come out a few days after the issue closes.

Check on the CDSC result site
Open iporesult.cdsc.com.np, choose the company from the list, enter your 16-digit BOID and the captcha, then view the result. It shows whether shares were allotted and how many.

Or check in MeroShare
Log in to MeroShare, open My ASBA and then Application Report. Select the issue to see your allotment status and allotted quantity.

Check the family's BOIDs
Repeat the CDSC check with each family member's BOID. Each Demat account applies, and is allotted, separately.
Recent IPOs and result status

IPO result questions
How do I check my IPO result in Nepal?
Go to iporesult.cdsc.com.np, select the company, enter your 16-digit BOID and the captcha, and submit. You can also log in to MeroShare and open My ASBA, then Application Report, to see the allotment status of your application.
What is a BOID and where do I find it?
BOID is the 16-digit beneficiary owner ID of your Demat account. It appears in your Demat account opening details and in MeroShare under My Details.
When is the IPO result published?
The issue manager runs the allotment after the issue closes and announces the result date. Results usually come out within a few days to two weeks of closing; this page marks an IPO as Result once it is out.
Why was I not allotted IPO shares?
Most IPOs in Nepal are oversubscribed, so shares are allotted by lottery, usually 10 units to each selected applicant. Not being picked is the most common reason; invalid applications, such as an unregistered CRN or low bank balance, are also rejected.
When is the blocked IPO amount released?
If you are not allotted, your bank releases the blocked C-ASBA amount after the allotment is complete. If you are allotted, the amount for the allotted shares is debited and any extra is released.
